The Hope College men's lacrosse team made it four wins in a row on Wednesday, defeating Alma College 15-5 at Van Andel Stadium.
The Flying Dutchmen (4-3 overall) used a match-high six goals from senior midfielder Caleb Digison of Midland (Midland HS) to win their Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association opener.
Digison, who leads Hope with 26 goals in five matches, scored four times before halftime as the Flying Dutchmen raced to a 10-2 lead.
Senior attack Jacob Kamstra of Zeeland (Zeeland East HS) and senior midfielder Niko Pagkanlungan of Naples, Fla. (Barron Collier HS), netted two goals apiece to help Hope outscored Alma 6-0 during the second period.
Kamstra and Pagkanlungan each finished with three goals.
Goalie Connor Miedema of Holland (Holland Christian HS) improved his record to 2-3 by making seven saves.
The Flying Dutchmen return to action on Friday, April 4, when they play a nonleague game at Illinois Wesleyan.
