Men's Soccer Plays Kalamazoo To Scoreless Draw

The Hope College men's soccer team played even with Kalamazoo College for 110 minutes on Tuesday at Van Andel Soccer Stadium for a 0-0 draw.

It was just the third time in the teams' 93-game history that the two teams tied each other and the first since a 0-0 draw in 2009.

Freshman goalie Blair McCormick of Wadsworth, Illinois (Warren Township HS) made seven saves for his third shutout of the season.

Hope is now 5-12-1 overall and 3-9-1 in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association matches.
