Hope College golfer Megan Klintworth carded the lowest round amid challenging playing conditions during a four-team tournament on Friday in West Chicago, Illinois.
The senior from Jackson, Michigan (Hanover-Horton HS) shot a 5-over-par 77 despite rain and cold at the Prairie Landing Golf Course. She finished four strokes better than the field.
Hope and Calvin College competed together against Wheaton (Illinois) and host North Central. The College Conference of Illinois-Wisconsin schools posted a 703-724 victory.
