ACHA Hockey Shuts Out Dordt And Nebraska

The Hope College American Collegiate Hockey Association team is now on a nine-game win streak after a 14-0 shutout against Dordt College (Iowa) on Friday, and a 3-0 victory against the University of Nebraska on Saturday.

Max Mones had a big impact on Hope's 14-0 win at Griff's IceHouse West with a contribution of five goals against Dordt. Defensemen Cole Stenstrom aided with three goals.

Eight different players contributed goals for Hope.

Goalie Lukas Schut, pictured, registered the shutout by totaling 21 saves.

Saturday's game at Griff's IceHouse West included goals scored by Austen Peterson, Skylar Miller, and Cole Devos.

Goalie Austin Kane posted a 27-save shutout.
