Men's Cross Country Fourth At Greater Louisville Classic

The Hope College men's cross country team came in fourth place in its Silver Division at the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday.

The Flying Dutchmen scored 204 points and trailed only the Indiana Running Club (100), Vincennes (130), and Indiana Wesleyan (192) among non-NCAA Division I and II teams.

Senior Jacob Jansen of Johnston, Iowa (Johnston HS) led Hope with a 16th-place run of 26 minutes, 39.90 seconds.

Junior Ryan Holman of Holmen, Wisconsin (Holmen), pictured, placed 29th at 27:12.37.

Senior Benjamin Pederson of Mount Prospect, Illinois (Prospect) took 46th at 27:27.56.

Junior Nathan Schloff of Holland, Michigan (Holland Christian) came in 51st at 27:30.67.
