Sophomore Claire Hallock of Lakeland, Florida (Harrison Center) was a part of both points earned for the 21st-ranked Hope College women's tennis team in a 7-2 loss to No. 18 Case Western Reserve on Saturday at DeWitt Tennis Center.
The Flying Dutch split their weekend matches and are now 1-3 on the season.
Hallock defeated Case Western Reserve's Madeleine Paolucci at No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-3.
At No. 2 doubles, Hallock paired with junior Taylor LaBarge of Hudsonville, Michigan (Hudsonville) for a 9-8 (2) victory.
Case Western Reserve improved to 4-2 overall.
