Why did you choose to attend Hope College?
When I visited campus, I really enjoyed the community and extra-curricular opportunities the school offered.

If you have chosen a major, please explain how you plan to use it after graduation. I plan on getting my CPA license and working for a public accounting firm after that.

List a favorite Bible verse and why it is meaningful to you. Matthew 6:34 I think it's easy as a college student to worry about my future, whether it be exams coming up in the next week or life after I graduate. This verse helps me focus all my attention on what I am doing currently and how I can give my best to the people I surround myself with everyday.

What is your favorite memory from a community service project you’ve been involved at Hope? Last year, I volunteered at The Warm Friend with my roommate. We sang Christmas carols and decorated cookies with the residents to help get them in the Christmas spirit. Getting to know them was a very cool experience, and I hope to do it again.

Where is your favorite place on campus? Why? Martha Miller--hands down. I study there all the time with friends and a pizza.

What is your favorite pre-game music? Anything that's upbeat.

If you could play another sport, regardless of skill, what would it be and why? Probably soccer, I think it's a great balance between mental strength and physical strength.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Stay focused and have fun.
