The 10th-ranked Hope College volleyball team opens the NCAA Division III Tournament against a new opponent on Thursday, November 14 at the Grand Rapids, Michigan Regional.
The Flying Dutch (22-7 overall) face the University of Texas-Dallas in the first match of the day. First serve scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
This is Hope's 16th postseason appearance. The Flying Dutch won the 2014 national title. Hope is 20-15 all-time in NCAA Tournament matches.
Joining Hope in the regional field will be Calvin University, Wittenberg (Ohio), Muskingum (Ohio), DePauw (Indiana), Ohio Northern and Aurora (Illinois).
After the Hope-Texas Dallas match, Muskingum (26-3) will face Wittenberg (15-10) at 3 p.m. Ohio Northern (26-5) will face Aurora (23-10) at 5:30 p.m. with the Calvin (24-2) and DePauw (18-12) to follow.
The Texas Dallas-Hope winner will face the Muskingum-Wittenberg winner in a regional semifinal match Friday at 5:30 p.m. The Ohio Northern-Aurora winner will face the Calvin/DePauw winner in Friday's second regional semifinal with a start time slated for 8 p.m.
The regional final is slated for Saturday night at 7 p.m.
