Why did you choose to attend Hope College? I really liked the overall environment at Hope, I love Holland, and the chapel that I attended on my visit was really great.

What were your favorite subjects in high school? Government and Spanish

Name a role model or models who have impacted your life? And describe how. All of my coaches have been great role models for me. They've shown me the value of hard work, how to be a good leader, and how to be a graceful competitor.

List a favorite Bible verse and why it is meaningful to you. Jeremiah 29:11-13 is my favorite Bible verse. It says, "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.'" This verse is meaningful to me because it reminds me that the Lord is always in control of my life.

What is your favorite pregame meal or snack? Oatmeal!!!

What type of pregame music do you enjoy? The Rocky theme song, British rap, and a few worship songs.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.
