The Hope College ice hockey team lost to Davenport 4-1 on Saturday at Edge Ice Arena.

The Flying Dutchmen now trail Davenport by one point in the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference West Division standings.

Freshman defenseman Elliott Digison of Midland (Midland HS) scored for Hope. Senior forwards Jamie Haak of Okemos (Okemos HS) and Justin Glick of Fort Wayne, Ind. (Blackhawk Christian HS) had assists.

Senior goalie Drew Cook of Columbus, Ohio (Upper Arlington HS) made 26 saves.
