Hope Ice Hockey Skates To Sweep Of Adrian Black, Wins Division Title

Senior Drew O'Brien of East Grand Rapids, Michigan (East Grand Rapids HS), scored twice to help the Hope College ice hockey team beat host Adrian Black 6-2 on Saturday to clinch the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference West Division title.

The Flying Dutchmen (21-3-3 overall) completed division play with a 9-2-1-0 record.

Junior goalie Eric Lipon of Brighton, Michigan (Brighton HS), recorded 27 saves.
