Recognizing the teams that won the MIAA Regular Season or MIAA Tournament Championship game in the past year.

NOTE: The annual HOPEYs celebration of Hope College Athletics will be held on Monday, April 17, at 7 p.m. at DeVos Fieldhouse. The event is open to the public. Admission is free.

Women's Swim & Dive

The Flying Dutch won the four-day MIAA Championship meet with a total of 1,131 points, finishing 276.5 points ahead of second place. This was their third consecutive championship and one of their largest margins of victory in the history of the MIAA Championships. Hope recorded their first three-peat since a run of nine consecutive titles that ended in 2000. During the meet, the Flying Dutch set 11 new school records, broke three MIAA records, and qualified 10 individuals for the NCAA Division III Championships. Hope also swept the MIAA MVP honors with the most valuable swimmer and most valuable diver.

Women's Track & Field

Over the last year, the Flying Dutch captured two MIAA Championships. Hope won the 2022 MIAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with 171 points, finishing 19 points ahead of the runner-up team. It was a true team effort as Hope won only one individual event during the course of the championship. The Flying Dutch scored in 13 events on the final day to secure the fourth consecutive Women's Outdoor Track & Field MIAA Championship. Hope also won the 2023 MIAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with 211 points. This was more than double the points of the second place team and the largest margin of victory for any team in the history of the meet. Hope set four MIAA meet records and finished first in seven different events at the indoor championships.

Women's Tennis

For the seventh consecutive year, the Flying Dutch won the 2022 MIAA regular season. Hope secured the title after defeating Adrian 9-0 in the final regular season match. The Flying Dutch finished conference play with a perfect 8-0 record. They went on to win the MIAA Tournament Championship and earned the MIAA's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III National Tournament. In the championship game vs. Kalamazoo, Hope swept all three doubles flights and then got straight-set singles victories from their two seniors.

Women's Cross Country

For the seventh consecutive year, the Flying Dutch won the MIAA Championship after posting a score of 39 points. Hope finished 11 points ahead of the runner-up, Calvin. A Flying Dutch runner won the MIAA individual title, three more runners finished in the Top 10 of the race, and four more among the Top 18.

Women's Basketball

Hope clinched the MIAA regular season championship after a 108-41 victory over Kalamazoo. During the game, the Flying Dutch set a DeVos Fieldhouse record of 21 3-pointers in the game. This was also the second most in a single game by a Division III team on the season. Hope finished 14-2 in conference play, with a perfect 8-0 record in the second half of the season. As the top seed in the MIAA Tournament, the Flying Dutch defeated Trine 76-65 to secure the automatic bid from the league to the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
