The fourth-seeded Flying Dutchmen matched the top-seeded Hornets with 13 hits but could not overcome their three-run third and four-run seventh innings.

Senior right fielder Kainan Bayn (Zeeland, Michigan / Zeeland East HS) went 3-for-4 with two RBIs to lead the Flying Dutchmen.
