The Hope College men's golf team shot a final-round 313 at the Wabash College Fall Invitational on Tuesday and finished 11th at the 18-team, 54-hole event.
Sophomore
Will Thomas (Portage, Michigan / Portage Central) tied for 19th place after carding a 1-over-par 73 in the final round at Broadmoor Country Club in Indianapolis. He finished 2-over for the tournament.
Emory University's Kevin Mu was the medalist at 12 under. Sixth-ranked Emory won the tournament at 30 under (834).
Hope finished at 45 over (295–301–313).
Senior
Liam Casey (Northville, Michigan / Detroit Catholic Central) finished 7 over after a final-round 77.
Freshman
Joey Blondia (Richland, Michigan / Gull Lake) finished 10 over after a final-round 77.
Junior
Hank Roebuck (Ann Arbor, Michigan / Skyline) finished 19 over after a final-round 82.
Freshman
Kody Vis (Spring Lake, Michigan / Spring Lake) finished 20 over after a final-round 84.
Senior
Klay Redman (Dublin, Ohio / Dublin Coffman) finished 22 over after a final-round 91.
Hope next tees off Monday, Oct. 13, at 1 p.m. at the fourth and final MIAA Jamboree at Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids.
