Devin Schaefers ''15 served on the Hope College baseball coaching staff under head coach Stu Fritz from 2016-2024. He worked primarily with the defense and baserunners but assists in hitting and pitching mechanics as well.  
Schaefers owns Baseball Concepts, a baseball training facility in Holland. Additionally, he manages SportsQuest Family Center in Zeeland. He oversees day-to-day operations and focuses heavily on business development for both companies.
