Why did you choose to attend Hope College? The athletic atmosphere, the bond among the students, the transformational experiences that Hope provides.

What were your favorite subjects in high school? Government & Math

Name a role model or models who have impacted your life? And describe how. I have always looked up to my cousin Tyler as his persistent work ethic and drive led him to a successful baseball career. My father has always taught me how to work hard and be a man of integrity.

What is your favorite pregame meal or snack? Jimmy John's sub.

If you have chosen a major, please explain how you plan to use it after graduation. I would possibly like to attend law school after my Bachelor's Degree and become a corporate lawyer.

What is your favorite pre-game music? Rap/Country

If you could play another sport, regardless of skill, what would it be and why? I would play tennis as it was the other sport I played throughout my 4 years in high school and I have a passion for the game.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Work hard, stay humble, and success will find its way to you.

If you have chosen a major, why did you? Finance has always been a passion and come easy for me.

 Who is the best Hope College professor? Dr. Dandavati. She truly cares for her students and is willing to do anything to help them succeed with anything they do.

 After I graduate I plan to… Find a job in the Finance sector while in the near future, get my Masters in Business Administration

 What gets you in the zone before a game? Putting on my headphones and listening to music. Eliminates all distractions.

 What is the best game you have been apart of? Beating Adrian in the last doubleheader of the regular season after back to back 2 run home runs in the bottom of the 7th inning.

Who is your athletic hero or inspiration? Definitely my cousin Tyler. He taught me everything I know about pitching.

 How does your sport bring you joy? It is a consistent part of my daily life that I can put all of my worries aside and do something that is a privilege to do as a young adult. The people I have met along the way have been to second to none.

 What is an experience you have done off? Reading to elementary kids throughout the year has been an awesome experience. Helping kids who truly think you are a hero is such a rewarding experience.

 One life lesson I have learned from myself. Take life like you take every at bat. One pitch at a time, one day at a time.

Name a role model who has impacted your life. My father has taught me countless number of life lessons. He has instilled values of integrity, selflessness and hardworking, that I will cherish forever.

The thing in my life I am most proud of. Getting to play the greatest game in the world with the best group of guys I know.
