Aubrey Syron joined the Hope College men’s and women’s swimming and diving coaching staff before the 2025-26 season.
Syron spent the previous two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Ithaca College (N.Y). She also served as a mental performance consultant with Ithaca student-athletes during the 2024-25 academic year.
In 2025, Syron was named one of six nationwide recipients of the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America Jean Freeman Scholarship.
A 2023 Baldwin Wallace University (Ohio) graduate, Syron lettered for four years as a swimmer for the Yellow Jackets. She has also coached at the high school and age-group levels.
Syron holds a Master’s of Science from Ithaca in Exercise Science with a focus on Mental Performance and a bachelor’s in psychology from Baldwin Wallace.
