Why did you choose to attend Hope College? I really like that Hope is in the middle of Holland. It is far enough away to live in the dorm, but close enough that I can go home for the weekend. I felt like I belonged at Hope. I liked the community feeling when I visited Hope.
What were your favorite subjects in high school? Math and English
Name a role model or models who have impacted your life? And describe how. My mom because she taught me to never give up on what I want in life, and that I should always try knew things.
List a favorite Bible verse and why it is meaningful to you. "God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day." Psalm 46:5 This verse is meaningful to me because God is always there to help me in whatever I do personally, athletically, and academically.
What is your favorite pregame meal or snack? Granola bars and fruit snacks for snacks, but spaghetti for the day before a race.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received? If you're early you're on time and if you're on time you're late.
