Hope College

Caroline Dykstra has been a member of the Hope College athletic administration team since 2011. She currently serves as the SEED program director and oversees international sport ministry trips for student-athletes. She also assists with compliance projects. 

Previously, Dykstra served as Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance and Student Leadership, as well as Senior Woman Administrator. She was the advisor to Athletes Coming Together/Student Athlete Advisory Committee, where she led a group of student-athletes committed to making a difference on their teams and in the Hope athletic community.

Dykstra began her time at Hope as a recipient of the NCAA Division III Ethnic Minorities and Women's Internship Grant. She served as an assistant to the athletic directors where she oversaw promotions and special events for all 22 varsity athletic teams. Dykstra also was an assistant coach for the men's and women's swim and dive teams for five years, from 2011-2016. 

Dykstra received her M.A. in Sport Management from Western Michigan University and has a B.A. in Communication from Wheaton (Ill.) College. She was a two-sport athlete at Wheaton, as a member of the swim team and water polo team.
