Devin Schaefers began serving as an assistant under Stu Fritz in 2016. A a Southern California native, "Schaef" joined the staff after a successful career with the Flying Dutchmen. He works primarily with the defense and baserunners but assists in hitting and pitching mechanics as well.  
 
Schaefers is applying his business management degree from Hope as the proud owner of Baseball Concepts, a baseball training facility here in Holland. Additionally, he manages SportsQuest Family Center in Zeeland. He oversees day-to-day operations and focuses heavily on business development for both companies. His main goal is providing the community's youth with a positive outlet through athletics. 
 
Devin currently resides in Grand Rapids.
