The second-ranked Hope volleyball rolled to its fourth consecutive win, defeating Albion on the road in three sets on Tuesday.
The Flying Dutch won 25-8, 25-14, 25-13 as they raised their overall record to 16-1 and their Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association mark to 7-1.
Junior outside hitter Jenna Grasmeyer of Jenison (Hudsonville HS) totaled a match-high 10 kills to lead Hope. She had a .471 kill percentage, leading Hope's .312 performance as a team.
Junior middle/outside hitter Amy VanderStoep of Holland (West Ottawa HS) contributed six kills for the Flying Dutch, while junior outside hitter Anna Lynch of Lake Odessa (Lakewood) had five.
Sophomore setter Lauren Hazekamp of Fruitport (Fruitport HS) directed Hope's offense with 17 assists.
The Flying Dutch return to action this weekend. They travel to Alma Friday for a 6:30 p.m. match, then host Olivet on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. for homecoming at DeVos Fieldhouse Volleyball Court.
