Hope College's halfback pass for a 50-yard touchdown this season is up for GEICO's Play of the Year in college football.

The Oct. 11 touchdown pass during a 38-12 win against Rockford (Illinois) featured senior Reggie Duncan of Williamston, Michigan (Williamston HS), throwing to junior Matt Kroll of Grand Haven, Michigan (Grand Haven HS).

Each week for five weeks, four incredible college football plays will be nominated as the Play of the Year on the GEICO Best of College Football Facebook page (facebook.com/bestofcollegefootball).

The five weekly winners will then faceoff in a week of finals voting from November 3 through 10 to determine the 2014 GEICO Play of the Year.

The winner will be announced during GEICO's Best of College Football 2014 on CBS Nov. 28 at 1:30 p.m. ET.

In addition to recognizing the season's top plays, the one-hour CBS special relives the football season's greatest moments, players and traditions. The show also marks the culmination of the GEICO "Best of 2014" Football Tour, an interactive fan experience that visits 30 marquee games throughout the season.
