Hope College football player Aaron Mick has been selected the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Special Teams Player of the Week for games played on Nov. 8.

The senior from Clinton Township, Michigan (Sterling Heights Parkway Christian HS), kicked three field goals and added two extra points as Hope upended MIAA leader Trine 31-24.

Mick connected on field goals of 22, 32 and 34 yards.

It's the first time Mick has been named Player of the Week in his career.
