The Hope College men's tennis team defeated second-place Adrian College 6-3 Saturday in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association action at VandePoel-Heeringa Stadium Courts.
The Flying Dutchmen are now 8-10 overall and 3-2 in league matches after the Senior Day win. They close MIAA regular-season play on Tuesday, April 22, at Calvin College.

Hope jumped out ahead early by sweeping doubles play.
The Flying Dutchmen received wins from their No. 1 pairing of senior Parker Bussies of Zeeland (Zeeland West HS) and junior Matthew Culver of Clinton Township (Fraser HS), their No. 2 team of TJ Brogan of East Lansing (East Lansing HS) and senior Colin McKey of Stevensville (Lakeshore HS) and their No. 3 duo of junior Cody Herbruck of Grand Rapids (Forest Hills Central HS) and freshman Sam Kreps of Holland (Holland HS).
Hope then picked up points at No. 4 singles (McKey), No. 5 singles (Jonathan Panzer of Rockford (Rockford HS)), and No. 6 singles (Camden Ludlow of Petoskey (Petoskey HS)).
