Hope College's Parker Bussies won the top singles flight at the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Flighted Tournament on Saturday.
The senior from Zeeland (Zeeland West HS) went undefeated in four matches over two days, including a 4-6, 6-1, 10-4 win against Albion College's Eric Guindi in the championship match of A Singles.
Bussies advanced to the finals at VandePoel-Heeringa Stadium Courts by defeating Albion's Jonathan Gurnee 6-1, 6-4 in the semifinals.

The Flying Dutchmen also finished runner-up in one singles and doubles match.
Freshman Camden Ludlow of Petoskey (Petoskey HS) lost to Kalamazoo College's Alberto Ayala 7-6 (0), 6-4 in the C Singles title match.
Sophomore Chris Tippett of Flushing (Flint Powers Catholic HS) and sophomore Ben Johnson of Brighton (Hartland HS) fell to Alma College's Joshua Gove and Jared Guy in the B Doubles final. Tippett and Johnson reached the finals with an 8-3 win over Albion's David Richter and Steve Nawrocki.
Junior TJ Brogan of East Lansing (East Lansing HS) and senior Colin McKey of Stevensville (Lakeshore HS) won the third-place match for A Doubles.
Junior Cody Herbruck of Grand Rapids (Forest Hills Central HS) and freshman Sam Kreps of Holland (Holland HS) took fourth in B Doubles.
