The Hope College men's tennis team has chosen Parker Bussies as its Most Valuable Player and recipient of its Dr. Lawrence Green Sportsmanship Award for the 2014 season.

The senior from Zeeland, Michigan (West HS), primarily played No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles for the Flying Dutchmen. He recorded an 8-13 record in singles play and a 7-16 mark in doubles play.

Junior Cody Herbruck of Grand Rapids, Michigan (Forest Hills Central HS), was named the team's Most Improved Player. He also was given the Spirit of Hope Award.
