Kat Dickson

Senior goalie Kat Dickson of Grayslake, Illinois (Grayslake Central HS), made two saves for the Hope College women's soccer team in a 1-0 nonleague loss at Elmhurst (Illinois) College on Friday.

The Flying Dutch fell to 1-2 overall.

Hope outshot Elmhurst by a 17-6 margin, with four shots going on goal. The Bluejays (2-1 overall) scored in the 60th minute off a rebound.

The Flying Dutch return to action on Monday, Sept. 8, when they host Albion College in their home and Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association opener.
