The Hope College men's tennis team suffered an 8-1 loss to NAIA power Aquinas College on Friday at DeWitt Tennis Center.

The Flying Dutchmen dropped to 1-2 in dual matches this spring.

Hope earned its point at No. 3 doubles.

Sophomore Sam Kreps of Holland, Michigan (Holland HS), and freshman Chris O'Keefe of Holland, Michigan (Holland HS), defeated Andy Struble and Matt Jackson by a 9-7 margin at No. 3 doubles. 

Hope returns to action on Tuesday, March 10, when the Flying Dutchmen host Davenport for a nonleague match.
