Game No. 113 in the Hope College-Calvin College women's basketball rivalry today will decide who gets the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.

This is Hope's 16th appearance in the women's title game of the MIAA Tournament and ninth in a row. The Flying Dutch are 12-3 all-time in a MIAA final, including wins the past two seasons. Hope's last loss was in the 2012 championship game at Calvin — 65-43.
Hope owns a 9-6 record against Calvin in the MIAA Tournament, including a 7-2 mark in the championship game. The Flying Dutch trail in the all-time series 68-44 after two losses this season. Still, since 2000, Hope holds a 29-12 series advantage.

Hope has won the past two postseason meetings against Calvin, defeating the Knights 62-59 at DeVos Fieldhouse last season and 88-79 at Calvin in 2013. The two teams are meeting for the sixth time in a row in the MIAA Tournament finals.
This is Hope's 57th MIAA Tournament game. The Flying Dutch are 46-10 all-time in postseason play, including a 62-48 semifinal win against Kalamazoo on Wednesday at DeVos Fieldhouse.
Junior forward Maura McAfee is Hope's leading scorer at 14.3 points per game. She has reached double figures 23 times this season, but only had four points in a 61-44 loss at Calvin on February 18.
Senior guard Brittany Berry equaled Hope's career lead for 3-pointers when she made two against Kalamazoo. She now has 218 for her career to match Jordyn Boles (2004-08). Berry also owns the single-season 3-point record with 74 made this season.
Senior center Rebekah Llorens has produced 19.7 points per game the past three games. She totaled a career-high 26 points against Calvin on February 18. Llorens is second on the team at 11.8 points per game.
Maura McAfee is averaging 15 rebounds per game the past four games for the Flying Dutch. With 14 double-doubles, McAfee has a season total of 274 rebounds, fourth most all-time by a Hope player. She's six rebounds from matching her third-place total from last season. Hope's single-season school record of 290 rebounds is held by Amanda Kerkstra (2002-03).
Maura McAfee has moved into sixth place all-time with the Flying Dutch in career rebounds with 710. Hope's career rebounding record of 943 belongs to Kristin Carlson (1991-95).
Hope coach Brian Morehouse is 31-19 in games against Calvin since 1996-97. Calvin coach John Ross is 11-21 in games against Hope since 2003-04.
A total of 27 of Hope-Calvin games have been decided by five or fewer points. Hope has won 11 of those games. The Flying Dutch have lost all three games decided by one point: 59-58 in 1981, 61-60 in 1984 and 56-55 in 2011. Two Hope-Calvin games have gone into OT. Hope won 55-53 in 1995, while Calvin was victorious 63-58 in 2007.
