Box Score The Hope College men's tennis team served up a 7-2 win against Albion on Tuesday at DeWitt Tennis Center.
The Flying Dutchmen won the top five singles flights and top two doubles flights en route to evening their MIAA record at 2-2 and improving to 4-14 overall.
Four players claimed victories in singles and doubles for Hope.
Senior Matthew Culver of Clinton Township, Michigan (Fraser HS), paired with sophomore Sam Kreps of Holland, Michigan (Holland HS), paired for an 8-5 win against Albion's Ross Kynast and Zach McKenzie at No. 1 doubles.
Senior co-captains Cody Herbruck of Grand Rapids, Michigan (Forest Hills Central HS), and Colin McKey of Stevensville, Michigan (Lakeshore HS), teamed for an 8-0 win against Albion's Troy Pozolo and Rahul Raj at No. 2 doubles.
Herbruck topped Kynast at No. 1 singles 6-2, 7-6, (4), while McKey beat McKenzie 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2 singles.
Culver defeated Rajj at No. 3 singles 6-2, 6-0. Kreps topped Albion's Andrew Zimmer 6-2, 6-2.
At No. 4 singles, freshman Sam Schuster of DeWitt, Michigan (DeWitt HS), beat Pozolo 6-1, 6-2.
Hope returns to action on Wednesday when the Flying Dutchmen play a 6 p.m. match at Kalamazoo.
