The Hope College women's soccer team played to a scoreless tie at Adrian College on Saturday.

The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association-leading Flying Dutch are now 10-1-1 overall and 8-1-1 in league play. They remain ahead of second-place Kalamazoo and Olivet, who are 7-3 against MIAA opponents.

The shutout is the ninth of the season for Hope.

Freshman goalie Jordanne Ellingboe of Grand Haven, Michigan (Grand Haven HS) did not need to make a save.

The Flying Dutch outshot Adrian by a 22-4 margin.
