Hope College guard Kenedy Schoonveld is the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the third time in her career. 
The social work major from Zeeland, Michigan (Holland Christian HS) collected 20 points in the big win over No. 7 Trine University on Saturday. Schoonveld's 20 points were a game- and team-high, as well as the most the Spanish minor has tallied in a single game all season.
The three-time Athlete of the Week honoree shot 70% for field goals, 66% for free throws, and 66% on three-pointers.
