The Hope College men's tennis team shut out another MIAA opponent on Wednesday, downing Alma College, 9-0, at home.
It marks the third time the Flying Dutchmen have blanked a league rival this spring.
Hope is now 4-6 overall and 4-0 in the MIAA.
In singles, the Flying Dutchmen did not drop a set and lost only nine games in the six matches.
At No. 1 singles, sophomore Jacob Burkett of Clarkston, Michigan (Clarkston HS) defeated Alma's Brandon Ralston, 6-0, 6-1.
At No. 2 singles, sophomore Cameron Coates of Stevensville, Michigan (Laurel Springs HS), pictured, beat Alma's Caleb Schuring, 6-1, 6-1.

At No. 3 singles, sophomore Tyler Stafford of Grand Rapids, Michigan (Grand Rapids Christian HS) downed by Alma's Brendan Murdie, 6-1, 6-0.
At No. 4 singles, sophomore Tyler Koran of Salinas, California (Salinas HS) topped Alma's Walker Micheals, 6-3, 6-1.
At No. 5 singles, sophomore Matt Henkel of Traverse City, Michigan (Central HS) did not drop a game to Alma's Merrick Bay and won 6-0, 6-0.
At No. 6 singles, sophomore Michael Hoffman of Holland, Michigan (West Ottawa HS) defeated Alma's Noah Festerling, 6-1, 6-0.
In doubles play, Hope's No. 1 pair of Burkett and Henkel beat Ralston and Tait Morrissey, 8-1; Hope's No. 2 pair of Stafford and sophomore Paul Washington of Dearborn, Michigan (Dearborn HS) downed Schuring and Brendan Murdie, 8-5; and, Hope's No. 3 pair of Coates and Koran topped Michaels and Bay, 8-0.
The Flying Dutchmen travel to Trine University on Saturday, April 17 for a 2 p.m. match.
