
You're invited to celebrate the 2022 Hope College Women's Basketball NCAA Division III National Championship team!
Please join Flying Dutch players, coaches, and fans as we relive their championship run, Monday, April 11, at DeVos Fieldhouse. This event is free and open to the public.
Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. The ceremony follows at 7 p.m.
There will be video Highlights, interviews, free snacks and a poster signing.
Championship apparel will also be available for purchase during the event.
The Flying Dutch claimed the third NCAA women's basketball championship in school history and fourth NCAA title in all sports on March 19 with a 71-58 victory against the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hope previously won women's basketball national titles in 2006 and 1990, and volleyball in 2014.
The Flying Dutch finished the season with a 32-1 record and as co-Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association champions. Hope also claimed an MIAA Touranament title.
Over the past three seasons, the Flying Dutch went 77-1, including a school-record, 61-game winning streak that ranks as the third-longest in Division III women's basketball history.
