Football to Host Purple Community Game Benefiting Van Andel Institute on October 5

Help us support VAI's fight against cancer and neurodegenerative diseases

Hope College Athletics and Hope College Football are teaming up with Van Andel Institute for our annual Purple Community Game on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Ray and Sue Smith Stadium. Kickoff is 1 p.m. vs. Trine University.

Purple Community is VAI's dynamic community awareness and fundraising program that connects individuals, schools, teams, companies, and corporations to join the fight against cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, to the resources needed for action.

Hope Football Purple Community long- and short-sleeve shirts can be ordered in advance through https://forms.vai.org/hope-college-apparel/. 

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the apparel order will benefit Hope's internship program at the Institute.

Customized orders are due by Tuesday, Sept. 17. Non-customized orders are due by Monday, Sept. 23.

Short-sleeve shirts cost $25.  Long-sleeve shirts are $30.
