Football Rises in AFCA and D3football.com National Polls

The Hope College football team had a positive jump in the latest national rankings after its 62-0 win over Loras College (Iowa) on Saturday.

The Flying Dutchmen moved three spots to No. 17 in the AFCA poll after receiving 449 points and two spots to No. 18 in the D3football.com poll after receiving 212 points.

Hope's next game is Saturday, Sept. 13, at 1 p.m. at Franklin College (Ind.).

The Flying Dutchmen home opener is Saturday, Sept. 20, at 1 p.m. against Mount St. Joseph University (Ohio) at Ray and Sue Smith Stadium.
