Why did you choose to attend Hope College? Small college, good academic and athletic programs, welcoming community, and just far enough away from home 

What were your favorite subjects in high school? Science 

Name a role model or models who have impacted your life? And describe how. My mother, because raising four incredible women (my sisters) was not an easy task. Also my basketball coach since I was a kid, Coach Ron Engle, who gave himself to educating men and women about basketball as well as life. 

List a favorite Bible verse and why it is meaningful to you. Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28) 

What is your favorite pregame meal or snack? It changes, but any kind of sandwich or something with peanut butter.
