Hope College

Ryan Woodside '19 joined the Hope College men’s soccer staff as an assistant coach in July 2020 and departed after the 2021 fall season.

Woodside played midfield in 71 games during his Flying Dutchmen career and started 66 of them. His senior season he helped lead the team to a 14-3-1 finish.

After Hope, Woodside played professional soccer in Sweden for six months.

Woodside graduated from Hope in 2019 with majors in biology and English. He works at the Eric Blair State Farm Insurance Agency in Byron Center, Michigan.
