Goalie Drew Cook made 16 saves to help the Hope ice hockey team edge California (Pa.) 2-1 on Friday in Midland.

The Flying Dutchmen improved to 2-0 on the season as they won their second game in the season-opening Schupan Tournament.

Justin Glick and Drew O'Brien both scored for Hope. O'Brien now has three goals on the season. 

The Flying Dutchmen wrap up the tournament at 3:15 p.m. Saturday when they face the University of Central Florida.
