The Hope ice hockey team plays its final game before Christmas break on Friday when they host at Farmingdale State at Edge Ice Arena. Opening faceoff for the American Collegiate Hockey Association game is 7:30 p.m., and you can get tickets at the door.
Hope is off another tremendous start this season, carrying a 13-2 record and a nine-game win streak into the game.
A balanced offensive attack is leading the Flying Dutchmen.
Senior forward Justin Glick of Fort Wayne, Ind., tops Hope with 15 goals and 26 points. He also has 11 assists.
Junior forward Drew O'Brien of East Grand Rapids (East Grand Rapids H) is second on the team with 12 goals, while senior defender Caleb Digison of Midland (Midland HS) is first in assists with 19.
The Flying Dutchmen have scored 80 goals this season.
