Flying Dutchmen Ice Grand Valley State 6-2, Grab 14th Consecutive Win

The Hope ice hockey team beat Grand Valley State University by a 6-2 margin for the second time in two nights on Saturday to complete a weekend sweep.

Junior forward Rob Calvert of Ada (Grand Rapids Forest Hills Eastern HS) collected three assists for the Flying Dutchmen at Georgetown Ice Arena.

Hope skated to its 14th consecutive win and improved to 18-2 overall.

Senior goalie Drew Cook of Columbus, Ohio (Upper Arlington HS), stopped 27 of the shots he faced.
