Montana Leep and the Hope College women's golf team finished eighth out of 12 teams at the University of Saint Francis (Ind.) Cougar Spring Invitational on Saturday.

The Flying Dutch totaled a team score of 364 at Brookwood Golf Club in Fort Wayne, Ind.

St. Francis (Ill.) won with a total of 314.

Leep, a junior from Hastings (Grand Rapids South Christian HS) led Hope by tying for 13th with an 18-hole round of 83.

Freshman Dominique Molinaro of Port Huron (Port Huron Northern HS)  finished 40th at 92.

Senior Mary Bradley of Pierson (Tri County HS) and freshman Elena Moore of South Lyon (South Lyon East HS) tied for 45th with 94s.
