The Hope College women's cross country team remained eighth in the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association NCAA Division III poll.

It is the third consecutive week the Flying Dutch have been ranked in the Top 10.

Hope also stayed in the top spot in the Great Lakes Regional rankings.

The Flying Dutch are coming off a first-place performance at Saturday's Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Jamboree at West Ottawa Golf Course. It counted one-third toward the overall league championship.

Hope returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 3 at the Greater Louisville Classic. The Flying Dutch will have runners race in two different divisions, including one with Division I and Division II competitors.
