Three third-period goals carried the Hope College ice hockey team to a 5-2 playoff win against Calvin on Friday at Georgetown Ice Arena.
The Flying Dutchmen advanced to the championship game of the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference Vezina Cup at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Georgetown Ice Arena.
Hope (23-3-3 overall) will skate against Oakland (29-1-4) for the title. The two teams skated to ties of 4-4 and 2-2 during their home-and-home series in November.

Senior forward Jared Lehman of Carmel, Indiana (Watertown HS), snapped a 2-2 tie with his 12th goal of the season 3 minutes, 21 seconds into the third period.
Senior forward Rob Calvert of Ada, Michigan (Forest Hills Eastern HS), struck 57 seconds later with his 19th goal of the season.
Senior Drew O'Brien chipped in his 18th goal of the season with 4:21 remaining to finish the scoring.
Junior goalie Eric Lipon of Brighton, Michigan (Brighton HS), made 20 saves for Hope.
