Freshman Grant Brogan of East Lansing, Michigan (East Lansing HS), scored three goals to lead the Hope College men's lacrosse team during a 10-6 loss to DePauw, Indiana on Wednesday at Van Andel Stadium.

Sophomore Gunnar Elder of East Grand Rapids, Michigan (East Grand Rapids HS), chipped in two goals for the Flying Dutchmen.

Hope scored five times during the third period, but DePauw (4-5) held on for a 9-5 lead.

The Flying Dutchmen takes a 2-5 overall record into their next match, a 3 p.m. Saturday visit from Illinois Wesleyan.
