The Hope College women's cross country team is ranked eighth in this week's United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association NCAA Division III poll.

Coach Mark Northuis and the Flying Dutch moved up one spot from the Sept. 9 poll. They are the highest-ranked Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association team.
