Senior Elizabeth Perkins of Eaton Rapids, Michigan (Lansing Christian) closed the scoring with 7:16 remaining in the second half. Her 11th goal of the season and the 26th of her career came off the fourth assist of the season from junior Allie Wittenbach of Ada, Michigan (Forest Hills Central).

"This team this year, we have fast starts and we score early, then we taper off," Sears said. "It was nice to get that second-half goal. We play really well, but it's not all 90 (minutes) yet. That's the goal."
