The Hope College ice hockey team swept a weekend, home-and-home series against Indiana Tech with wins of 6-0 on Saturday and 4-1 on Friday.

On Saturday, Sophomore Austen Peterson of Highlands Ranch, Colorado (Rock Canyon HS) registered a hat trick for the Flying Dutchmen.

Freshman goalie Scott Thomas of Lambertsville, Michigan (Saline) all 16 shots he faced.

On Friday, junior Evan Fall of Royal Oak, Michigan (Royal Oak HS) scored twice to lead Hope on Friday at Edge Ice Arena.

The Flying Dutchmen improved to 7-1 in American Hockey Collegiate Association play.

Hope returns to action on Thursday, Oct. 27 with a 8 p.m. game against Colorado State at Edge Ice Arena.
