Hope College will host a feast of West Michigan small-college basketball this Thanksgiving weekend at DeVos Fieldhouse in the annual Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame Basketball Classic.
The four-team showcase featuring the men's basketball teams from Hope, Calvin College, Aquinas College and Cornerstone University is set for doubleheader evening matchups on Friday-Saturday, Nov. 25-26.
On Friday at 6 p.m. Calvin takes on Cornerstone, and at 8 p.m. Aquinas plays Hope.
On Saturday at 6 p.m., Aquinas and Calvin will play, followed at 8 p.m. by Cornerstone versus Hope.
Tournament history
All seating is general admission. No passes will be accepted.
Tickets for one day's admission are $10 for adults, $5 for college students, and $5 for children 18 and under. Admission is free for children five and under. Proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance on Tuesday-Wednesday, Nov. 22-23 at the Hope College ticket office, 100 East 8th Street, between 9 a.m.-5 p.m., or by calling (616) 395-7890 during those hours.
The Hope College ticket office will be closed Thursday-Friday, Nov. 24-25 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Doors open at DeVos Fieldhouse each night at 5 p.m. Tickets also can be purchased at that time.
There will be free live video and live stats offered for all four games.
