The Hope College ice hockey team was blanked 4-0 by Central Michigan on Saturday in the American Collegiate Hockey Association regional tournament in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Coach Chris Van Timmeren's Flying Dutchmen finished the 2015-16 season with a 20-5-3-2 record.

Goalie Eric Lipon of Brighton, Michigan (Brighton HS) made 18 saves for Hope.

CMU advances to next month's national tournament at Southside Ice Arena in Byron Center.
